Jobseeker Programs
Western Wisconsin WDB offers programs aimed at finding and keeping sustainable employment. Whether you're a youth ready to start exploring careers or an adult looking for a new career, we can help.
WIOA Youth [E3 Works]

E3 Works is designed for those ages 14 to 24 to work with a career planner to explore potential careers that match their skills and interests. Participants can qualify for paid education and training, paid work experiences with local employers, cash incentives, mentoring, financial literacy, and supportive services.
Department of Corrections

We operate the Department of Corrections' Windows to Work program in New Lisbon Correctional Institution and Jackson Correctional Institution, as well as job centers located at both facilities. Staff can also make referrals and information to those who have recently released.
WIOA Adult & Dislocated Worker

Workforce Connections operates these programs designed for adults searching for jobs with self-sustaining wages. Programming helps with training assistance, work readiness skills, and support services.
WAI serves those whose employment was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. We can help with services such as subsidized employment, skills training, and supportive services.
