STATE OF THE WORKFORCE SURVEY
Are you interested in finding out the factors that your employees find important for retention in their current positions?
The WDB is conducting research for the 2016 State of the Workforce Report. This study will uncover the factors that regional employees find important for workplace retention. The study aligns with and data will be compared to the 2005 State of the Workforce Report.
All responses will be compiled and anonymous; however, companies that participate will receive a confidential report on their employee retention factors.
